Joining the Gisou Collectors Club is simple! If you already have a Gisou.com account, you are automatically signed up to earn Collector Credits. If you do not have a Gisou.com account, you can create one here and you are in!
There’s a variety of ways to earn Credits! Simply scroll to the “How to Collect Credits” section on the Rewards page of your Gisou.com account to view and participate. For any purchases, credits are only earned on the goods purchased and exclude shipping or taxes.
To redeem credits for your discount, you must earn a minimum of 125 credits. Once you have enough credits, simply click on ‘Redeem now’ in your account, and you will be taken to the Gisou.com homepage to shop. When you are placing your order, you’ll have the option to apply your Collector Credits to the order at the checkout (redeeming credits is not possible in combination with a discount code). There it will state how many Credits you have and how many Credits you can select to apply to the order. The discount amounts are fixed:
You get placed into a tier according to the amount you have spent on gisou.com in the last 12 months.
Simply click on ‘Rewards History’ under the ‘My Rewards’ tab of your Gisou.com account and you will see your history of earned rewards.
You can combine your credit discount with the digital Gisou gift card code. Simply enter your gift card code in the corresponding field. You cannot combine your credit discount with an other discount code.
Most of your newly earned Collector Credits will be visible in your account instantly. If you have chosen to share your birthday, 50 credits will automatically get credited to your account on your next birthday.
Yes, your Collector Credits will expire if after 12 months there’s been no activity of earning or redeeming credits via your Gisou.com account.
You will lose the Credits that you earned from placing the order and your Credit balance will revert back to its prior balance.
