We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic part-time (24-32 hours) (Wednesday - Sunday 12:30pm - 22:00pm) Customer Experience Specialist (m/f) to join our team!

Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi is a luxury haircare line by famous Dutch & Persian fashion influencer, Negin Mirsalehi. Founded in 2015, the brand has deep roots and a wonderful story of the coming together of family traditions. The signature ingredients within these staple products are honey and propolis, derived from the Mirsalehi Bee Garden where Negin and her father continue the 6-generation family tradition of beekeeping. Using nature's gifts Negin’s mother created a formula to transform hair which is rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.
The mission of Gisou is to inspire people to appreciate and take care of their hair using nature-based products, and to feel beautiful while doing so. With their story they want to raise awareness about the importance of bees for the overall ecosystem, and shine a light on the incredible benefits of what they produce.
Gisou is currently available on and offline in over 30 countries, and continues to expand rapidly internationally. To continue on this growth trajectory, the team is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Gisou is experiencing rapid international growth, our customer experience is becoming more and more important. You will be responsible for everything to do with customer experience & beauty expertise, always striving to exceed expectations and put a smile on our customers faces. The most frequently used ways of communication are through e-mail, direct chat various social media channels & video chat. By thinking ahead and staying in the know, you continuously look for opportunities to optimise and improve. By joining our Customer Experience Team you will play a key role in building brand loyalty and contributing to sales at Gisou. This is a varied position within a rapidly growing company, where your voice is heard and you will be given a lot of responsibility from day one.
On a day to day basis you will:
- Communicate directly with our customers via email, chat and social media
- Ensuring that every communication results in an exciting and excellent customer experience
- Investigate & solve the cause of problems and report this back to specific departments
- Help advise customers on finding the products that best meet their needs
- Turn every customer into a brand ambassador through our 5 star service
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- HBO level thinking
- Minimum 2.5 years customer service experience
- Communication enthusiast with an exceptional talent for communication and a perfect command of the English language. Dutch, French or German are a plus
- Patient, friendly and helpful with an always positive attitude towards our customers
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- You like challenges and rather think in solutions instead of problems
