    very bad experience with gisou!

    Unfortunately, this has been an extremely frustrating experience.

    I placed my orders two months ago (01.12. and 12.12.) and to this day I have not received any packages at all. Customer service informed me that one package had been sent incorrectly and that I could keep it — however, this package never arrived.

    In addition, I have two paid orders for which I have received no information whatsoever: no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, nothing. I was also told that a Honey Puff would be sent separately, but I have not received this either. That are 4 different packages which I did not got but paid!!!

    Despite multiple emails, customer service has completely stopped responding. There are no replies, no updates, and no way to get in touch. Payment was taken, but no products were delivered.

    This situation is unacceptable. At this point, I have paid for several items and received absolutely nothing in return. Very disappointing and stressful experience.

    Never stop Selling these

    Please make these permanent and sold separately. There is absolutely nothing like this on the market. I keep re-buying in fear that it will go out of stock.
