Reviews help other customers make informed choices and give us valuable feedback. We believe it’s important that you can rely on honest and trustworthy reviews.

Just make sure to follow these simple rules.
What’s not allowed in reviews:
- Your review does not describe your own product experience (e.g. it only discusses shipping, customer service, or someone else’s experience).
- You use inappropriate language (such as profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory terms).
- You refer to or link to other websites or include commercial promotions.
- You share personal data of others (such as names, phone numbers, or addresses).
- You mention prices, discounts, or special deals from other stores.
When do we remove reviews?
We may remove a review at any time if:
- It violates one or more of the rules above.
- It contains outdated or incorrect product information.
- It is misleading or demonstrably false.
- We reasonably suspect the review is fake or generated automatically.
- The content is no longer relevant or accurate.
Important:
Negative reviews are not removed just because they are negative. As long as the
review follows our policy, it remains visible - whether positive or critical.
Who can leave a review, and how?
Customers who have purchased the product through our web shop can leave a review. Participants in product sampling campaigns organized by us or by trusted third-party partners may also leave a review after receiving a product in exchange for an honest review. This helps ensure that reviews are written by real users with genuine product experience.
To prevent fake reviews, we may verify submitted reviews by matching the information with the email address and product purchased in our system.
You can leave a review on the product page. You may receive an email invitation to review a product after purchase. You can unsubscribe from these notifications via the link at the bottom of the email.
Paid or sponsored reviews
The majority of reviews are written by verified buyers and are not sponsored. In some cases, we may invite customers or influencers to write a review in exchange for compensation, a discount, or a free product. In such cases, the review will clearly disclose that the product was gifted. Reviews written by customers who purchased the product are labelled as “verified buyer”.
How are reviews checked?
Reviews are generally auto published to go live immediately. Reviews may be flagged for moderation if they trigger certain filters (for example, inappropriate language) to ensure they comply with this policy. The date displayed with the review reflects the date it was written.
Updating or removing your own review
Want to change or delete your review? Contact our Customer Experience Team via info@gisou.com.
Reviews remain visible as long as the product is available, unless:
- You request removal, or
- The content no longer complies with this policy.
Reviews may be submitted in multiple languages. Reviews are then automatically translated in English for display on the website.
Transparency and fairness
Reviews are displayed chronologically. We do not edit or manipulate reviews or their order based on rating or opinion. Reviews are submitted using a star rating system.
Your privacy
When you submit a review, we may process personal data (such as your name or order
